This was more than what any other gyms had offered me. I joined that day and am very impressed with how clean everything is. Motivational sayings are posted everywhere. Vanessa let the other trainers know about my neck limitations so that my exercises are designed as to not add stress to that. All of these characteristics made me feel important and cared for. I am motivated to exercise there now 4-5 days a week. No one will regret joining.”
