I plan on working here until I retire. I choose to work here because the residents and staff are treated like family. This is really a great place to work. There are many staff members that have worked here for years that I have had the privilege to work with. We work for Directors that work with us. There is not a job too small for them and they show such kindness and respect for the residents, families and staff. Rusty and his daughter came and cataloged and took photos of everything. Throughout the time leading up they went above what I expected. Sending us a sheet showing all the advertisements was something I wasn’t expecting. Even asking Rusty for a few larger signs on some of the main roads was done with ease. Doug and the crew came a few days prior to bring everything out in lots and tag. Great team of family and employees. When it came to morning of our auction The entire Kiko team showed up and was on point of every aspect of our auction. We were large enough to have to auctioneers going and that went so smoothly. All I have to say is Kiko are experts in this field. Beyond thankful for everyone!”
