Ohio E-Check

Wait time was about 10 minutes to get in for inspection. I have been in this particular e-check about 10 times and it has changed quite a bit. This last visit was not bad at all. There was a time you had to pay, the tests were around 15 minutes per car so if you were fourth in line you could have easily waited an hour. You had to get out of your vehicle and wait in those kiosks in the middle if the room. I believe they have a much smoother operation now as compared to the 1990's. What I will never understand..... Is why the heck are we the only county in Ohio that does this???

I mean - I don't know a single person in Summit County that likes e-check...but my tech was amazing. Very courteous, and quick. Thank you for making this annoying task tolerable!

One of the only places that is open all day instead of specific hours. In and out quickly. Was so grateful since I had no idea I needed an echeck since I'm new to Ohio.

Nice, polite staff that I interacted with. There were 5 or 6 bays open. Very fast in and out.
Take your title or registration. They asked for 1 of those or something with the VIN. I'm luckily had my title. I wS going to renew my tags.

I cannot say enough how much I love the woman named Danita. She was amazing and made sure I knew what the next step was so I could get my plates. Highlighted my paperwork and everything. Amazing service and such a nice person👍
