My family and I moved to Ohio following a career opportunity and were ready to build our forever home. We found Shultz and we are so thankful we did. From the beginning it has been a great experience. We worked with Don who hand-drew a layout for our home based on our wish list. The design process was not only organized but enjoyable! We worked with our amazing designer Rachel who became like family to us. Rachel helped transform our vision and desire for utility and design into a home we could be proud of. With every project there are some hiccups, but the Shultz team manages them with professionalism and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our project was actually completed ahead of schedule and the quality is phenomenal. We can’t recommend this team enough!

Shultz D&C helped us design and then built a beautiful addition to our lake house. Access to the property presented several unique challenges to the project. The entire team worked diligently to come up with solutions to each issue. The quality of workmanship was top notch. It was indeed a pleasure working with Darren and the other team members. They listened to our input carefully and provided great ideas along the way to improve the final design. The entire project was completed on time and almost within the original budget. The project has no doubt improved the overall value of our property and we love the results. We highly recommend the company.

I built with Shultz Design and Construction in 2018. I started the process looking at many builders and narrowed it down to three before I got serious. After several meetings, I chose Don Shultz. He worked with me on the design of the house, listened to what I wanted, tweaked things that didn't meet our expectation and came up with a great design that I love. He also made suggestions during the build that improved the design or made appropriate changes when something didn't quite work.

The build started in May and steadily progressed. Sarah, their designer, kept me moving on making all the choice decisions and helped when she felt I needed "more" to make the right decision. While it seemed to take a long time to all come together, the house was in constant change and work continued throughout the process.

The crews were very courteous when I stopped by and all of them were willing to work with me if needed.

I am very happy with the finished product. If I were to build again, Shultz Design and Construction would be my only choice for design and build.

Shultz Construction is the most professional and meticulous company we’ve ever worked with ! They built a sunroom for us and it is absolutely magnificent we spend all our time in it it’s four seasons it’s prettier than the rest of our house! they are also very good friends now and they will do any work from now on that we need done ! there’s no one like them! We look for things to have done because we miss having them around! Their whole team is exceptional !

Working with the Shultz team is like working with old friends. Not only was the quality of the work superior, but working collaboratively with them to come up with the "perfect design" was awesome. As the project got going, my wife and I wanted adjustments. Working to change the plan and get exactly what we wanted was easy.
