I am very happy and pleased with Allstate for my renter's insurance customer service is great I haven't had to make a claim yet so I don't know about the claim process but I will keep everybody updated if I have to make a claim

We moved from Michigan to the GREAT State of Ohio almost 1 year ago, we had thought our previous Insurance Company was good until we received our renewal policies. We changed to Allstate. Dale Wassenar was a joy to work with, he lowered our Homeowners Policy and saved us almost over $200 for the year & he was able to get us better car insurance coverage too. I am very happy with response to any questions presented, very patient. My mother had policy with them, when she passed and I notified them to cancel her policy, there was no issues. I then inquired about a policy for myself, very detailed and helpful with assisting me with changing insurance. At this time I highly recommend.
