We can’t say enough about the excellent customer service offered by Stephanie at Excel Carpet Cleaning services! Scheduling an appointment could not have been easier and always a pleasure with her personal assistance! We request that Kevin cleans our carpets since he has always done a thorough and meticulous job! He reviews the areas to be cleaned before beginning, sets up for the cleaning, which includes covering wood floors with tarps, covering the corners of our front door and walls where the hose might rub when working from room to room, wears paper booties over his shoes, moves, returns, places plastic beneath chairs and other furniture after cleaning, then rakes each room of carpet so the carpet dries evenly! Needless to say, we highly recommend Excel for their professional and reliable service!

I needed my chair and couch in my living room cleaned. It's been a little while. They set up the appointment when it was convenient for me. The gentleman was able to show up a little early, which was great. Job was done quickly and looks great! Even got an old spot out of my white couch! Will be recommending to anyone that needs something professionally cleaned.

Fantastic service as always from the team at Excel. Booking with Stephanie is super simple, and she promptly suggested times that would work well for me, and the appropriate tech to perform the job. A courtesy call prepared us for on-time arrival, and after walking the area (our basement) Owen quickly got to work. Professional, efficient, and personable - the basement is now super clean and ready for paint. We've used Excel in the past for carpets and stairs and they always do a terrific job. Can't say enough good things about their service and their team!
