Experience with Matt was great, again! Hes honest and straight forward when it comes to the details and information that I needed. He was able to find the car I wanted even though they had to have it sent in from another location. He made the transition process incredibly simple and it did not feel like I was pulling teeth to find what I was looking for. This is the second time ive gone back to Matt for my lease because he continues to provide the experience that I expect and even goes above that. Matt even installed the floor mats into my car while I was finishing up some parts of the process. I would recommend him and Serra Acura to everyone. The building is nice and full of awesome people. Even though I live 40 minutes away, I’ll choose to make this drive over going to another dealership.

Ric is very knowledgeable about Acura's product line, including the overall functionality of the numerous technolgy features. No pressure to close the deal, just extremely accommodating with any and all questions that arose. Purchasing a new vehicle was easy and professional. We ordered a car and Matt Denholm kept us informed as we waited. When we got our car the final paperwork was done fast. We took possession quickly. A month later we went back and bought an SUV. Would recommend this place to anyone.
