Thank you so much for reaching out to get my watch fixed. After some miscommunication I went into this location and was greeted by two very nice ladies. Getting the repair setup was easy and hassle free unlike another location. This location has a clean and friendly environment with many options to choose from. I cannot thank you enough for helping me with this situation when you did not have to do anything at all. Definitely would recommend stoping in and supporting this location.

Kay’s Jewelry on Arlington Ridge in Akron is a fantastic place to go for your Jewelry, repairs, and cleanings/inspection. Alison is the manager of this store and she is fantastic. She has a wonderful team of employees, Robert, Breanna, and Christine that works there. Each and everyone of them are wonderful. They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They greet you as soon as you walk through their door. They make you feel very special and they care about your needs. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. I give them a 5 star rating. You can’t go wrong with this store.

Robert was amazing I went in to get my diamonds fixed on my wedding band that is almost 2 years old and he noticed my ring wasn't sauntered together correctly, he fixed my diamonds and made my gorgeous engagement ring the star that she should be, I will always love my Kay's family.
