I am proud to say I've bought two trucks from them and they have been such wonderful, reliable vehicles that I've just fallen in love with. Yes, they are sales people. NO, they will NOT sell you anything subpar to make a profit. They feel more like friends in that they want you to be happy with what you're getting and will make sure you're not blindsided or taken advantage of by any part of the process in getting a loan or whatever you'll need.
They are always fully transparent about all aspects of the entire process. They take the time to explain everything they have you sign so you completely understand what you're getting yourself into. They are honest and ready to answer any and all questions you might have. Me and my partner worked directly with Jessica to aquire a new truck and she made the entire process completely easy. She was flexible to work with us and it was only a matter of a couple hours (we did multiple test drives) we were driving off the lot satisfied with our purchase.
I live in Wooster but I still made the trip down to Akron just to work with them. They are worth it. As long as I'm an Ohio resident I'll look no where else for a vehicle. Thanks again, Jessica!! -
