The two gentlemen who came to my house were very courteous and professional. The cost was much lower than I was expecting.

Took half an hour, 190$. Explained things to us and was very helpful. I would strongly recommend them over roto router who charged 650$ and lied about clearing our drains and then tried to bully me into unnecessary work to get even more money from me.

Had two gents from Big Tom's in my house today (one was named Adam, didn't catch the other name) to repair a gas-line valve and hook up a new stove. I can't say enough about how kind, courteous, and professional they both were. They went above and beyond in helping my family to start cooking with gas (har har). Seriously, they were very nice, worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything we needed to know. The cost was very reasonable too. We've used Big Tom's before, and will continue to do so. Many thanks to the company management for hiring and retaining such exemplary young tradesmen. This was a great experience, and we'll be sure to share it with all our friends.

We had a water heater with a faulty control panel. Called Big Tom's and talked to Joe who said he could come see us within an hour. Less than half an hour later Joe showed up. He was very professional, very friendly, and made the repair within an hour. Less than two hours after calling Big Tom's our water heater was working again and all at a reasonable price. For it being the first time using Big Tom's, I will be contacting them first next time I have the need for plumber. I can't recommend using them enough.
