Serra Subaru

I just purchased a Toyota Highlander from Serra Subaru and my experience was wonderful! Scott was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Most laid back car buying experience I've ever had. I plan to drive this Highlander until the wheels fall off, so I won't be back here for awhile, but I highly recommend coming here if you want an honest and professional car buying experience. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased/leased from SERRA Subaru. Each time our salesperson was Casey Dungan. From the very first time we met Casey back in August of 2018 both myself and my wife thought, "how wonderful it is to deal with not only someone that is professional, but someone that is willing to take the time to understand our needs and doesn't try to "SELL US"!" Casey is the ONLY person we want to work with when it comes to buying/leasing a new car! Casey was off sick in November and asked if she could refer us to her husband. I declined opting to wait for her to return only because Casey is our go to salesperson. We met Casey's husband on the day of delivery of my new Outback. He is also a very nice gentleman and accommodating however as I said, Casey is our salesperson! Thank you Casey for being such a wonderful asset to Serra Subaru!

Now let's discuss the Service Dept.. Summed up in one word, NO! They don't listen to a word you say and Alexa, well she's about as rude and condescending as they come! If you need to deal with Akexa, be prepared to be ignored, then not listened too along with being spoken to as though you're keeping her from her cake!

We recently got a 2023 Subaru Outback here. It is the second car we got from Serra, the previous one being a 2020 Crosstrek. The process was simple. We called the same sales folks, Casey and Adam, told them what models we would consider, the trim packages and prices we would be comfortable with. That was late morning two weeks ago today. We had an agreement by 5 p.m. the same day, and we did it all by phone. Knowing these two folks, and after looking at numerous other Subarus, we didn't feel we needed to drive 37 miles to consummate the deal.
The process was seamless, quick, thorough and dare I say, down right enjoyable. Casey and Adam are the most personable, professional, respectful salespeople we have ever encountered.
Top-shelf all the way. We appreciate how they conduct business.

Ask for Julie Remesik! Finally a proper dealership experience. No waiting around for the whole night for managers to work numbers, no playing games with hidden add-ons and needless packages to inflate the price. Just a simple and painless buying experience!

I was able to come in, go on a test drive, trade my car in, get financed and buy it with no games. All within a couple hours time, and it was so pleasant. Julie was fantastic and I'd buy another car from her any day. She's reasonable and straight to the point. No pushing or manipulative tactics. Just a straight shooter who wants to get you into the car you chose, without any hassle.
