They accidentally gave me what I didn't want. I probably confused the girl who waited on me. I was super up-set over it. I grilled what she told me I should of had to grill. I have to give credit where credit is due. The meat she recommended for the grill was unbelievably good and good quality meat as well. By far the best custom butcher shop in northeast Ohio! We've tried the custom ground beef - as good as my dad made, and that's a huge compliment - boneless skinless chicken breasts, pork roast, sirloin steaks, boneless pork ribs, smoked pork chops, sausage to die for, and ham salad so good I wanted to cry when it was gone! They have a new customer for life! ❤️
