Now I wanted to continue my work out without stopping. She is a wonderful person and I personally like the way she plans the every hour of workouts. I never did weights in my whole life but within couple of weeks I could able to do 22lbs.. it was a pretty surprise to myself, I couldn't believe that I could do it.
