Nice area, the shelter had a large party going on. Plenty of parking here in a tiered design. Nice areas to walk all along here with several hiking paths from this area.
Nice cabin now since updated. Huge grassed area for plenty of activities. Restrooms, fireplace, picnic tables, and grills
Kinda pretty, but the trail gets rough in spots. If you are someone who doesn't get around easily, you may wish to go elsewhere.
Was a very nice place to chill and visit with friends!! It was a little chilly but the fires kept it nice!!
Such a beautiful shelter back in it's own private area. Nice fireplaces, restrooms and utility sinks. Just remember if booked to pick up keys. I booked so long ago I forgot about that and thankfully a maintenance man was there and opened it up for us, very kind. Will rent this shelter again so cozy.
