Century Cycles

We were biking at west branch reservoir when my wife’s rear shifter broke. When I got home I called century in peninsula right away and talked with joe. He quoted me a price to fix it and I could just bring it in. I took it in this morning figuring I could have to leave it there for repair. The girl at the front desk said it would be an hour or so before they could look at it. They had it fixed in about an hour and a half or so. Joe wasn’t there but nick worked on it and my bill was exactly what joe quoted me. Not only were they prompt with the repair the were totally honest with the quote. Honestly is a hard value to find in this day and age. Very reasonable too. They found a repeat and loyal customer from now on. I will refer them to anyone I know for their bike repairs. I stopped in today with a mild emergency. One of the bolts that holds the seat to the seat bracket came loose and was lost on the bike trail. Both the customer service person and the repair person were very helpful. They quickly found and installed a replacement bolt, free of charge.

I just purchased a Giant Roam 2 from Century Cycles. I had the pleasure of working with Bob at the Medina store to figure out which bike would fit my needs. Medina didn’t have what I wanted in stock so we worked with the Rocky River store that had the bike in stock but unassembled. I was told it would be several weeks before it would be ready but they could ship it to the Peninsula store and have it done in 1-2 weeks. Nick and Doug were fantastic to work with and they had my bike ready in less than a week! The pickup was smooth and I’ve been able to enjoy a couple of great rides in the first week I’ve had the bike. A great team effort by a bunch of people who love cycling and helping people!

Bought three bikes last weekend, and the staff there is very friendly. When we got home notice they forgot a military discount on the accessories, went back the next day and they took care of everything! The third bike we put on hold as they didn’t have it at that location, they have already called that it’s ready for pick up! Would highly recommend!!!
