My beloved wife, Bosede, was thrilled for the professional, proficient, and personable care she received from the dental staff @ 16th st. The hygienist, Ms. Letha Taylor, did her excellent job of cleaning thoroughly. She was both impressed and impacted. She strongly recommend this site to me, (Bosede’s husband), and anybody who has dental problems and wanted to be treated with respect and yet professionally and proficiently.

I just visited for the 1st time for myself and my son. It was professional, clean and had friendly staff. I was able to wait outside and be called in because there were others in the waiting room. Everyone wears masks, but if you can't get an early appointment so none else is there, that's the next best option. The hygienist who worked with my son was very good with him and helped him get through the hard process of taking x-rays. I had to do a lot of x-rays to do as well (that wasn't fun!).

I am used to doing everything all together (x-rays, exam, cleaning) but I was scheduled for another day for the cleaning. That would be my only suggestion to change in light of new practices that made me feel safe during this horrible covid season. I was told scheduling is different now, more staggered to limit patients to an hour. I would try to change for new patients to longer time blocks. The office is flexible to what works for you. My son is used to "getting a prize" after leaving the dentist and if individual bags are given vs letting kids choose from a toy box, that would make kids so happy right now. Either a book or a small prize in a ziplock bag is a great addition to an already great office. :)

Great exoerience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The center is very clean. They were blessed to address any questions or concerns I had for my child. We will definitely return here!
