(November 10, 2022, 2:13 pm)Very fair pricing compared to others in the area. They were the only ones (out of 7) that discussed pricing over the phone AND sent someone out to provide a quote for free. They were also flat rate, rather than hourly, which I prefer.
The hot water for my kitchen sink was barely flowing, I took it as an opportunity to upgrade the entire faucet. The plumber suggested a very low cost addition of updating my visibly corroded valves ($20) which I appreciated. He also changed the washers in the bathtub (all of them) to stop the constant leak up there.
The plumber (jason) was on time and didn't mind the dogs (which were super annoying, as usual). He was friendly and professional the entire time. Took me through the work he did to make sure I understood everything. I would highly recommed them. -

(May 19, 2022, 2:51 pm)Another trip to my “new” hardware store LOWES (Brimfield township) for a gas water heater including installation. Gentlemen at Lowes contacted Lauren, Lowes installation mgr By-Tor Contracting Inc.. and installed within day, Dukes Drain & Plumbing was on time , reasonably priced, extremely professional , friendly, and cleaned up all the water that had , prior to their coming, run out of the tank everywhere. Couple hrs installed and 20 minutes later hot water ! I will recommend Lowes in Brimfield and Dukes to everyone. Should also add , No hidden costs - price responsibly quoted was the actual price paid -even with the added mess he cleaned. Extremely pleased 😁

(May 4, 2021, 11:59 am)Dukes plumbing was great. We had a pool heater installed and they ran the gas line. Very professional and courteous. I worked directly with Ron and he was awesome. I will definitely use dukes for all my drain and plumbing needs. Thanks for doing such a great job
Also- they are very fairly priced. He was the best quote I got and there were no surprise fees or costs. Great customer service!
