  My husband and I moved to Ohio in the winter and we’re so glad we found Dr. Springer! Our kitty had been suffering for a whole year with skin issues and has probably been to the vet over 30 times (wish this was a joke!) with no success. Dr. Springer got it right on the first try and he has been in perfect health for months now!! To top it off, our other cat needed to be seen emergently last weekend after another vet facility didn’t do so great, and he has also been doing much better. We’re so grateful for her answering our 100’s of questions as well as all of the techs and receptionists! Our kitties thank you! 🌼

  Vets and staff are very kind, attentive and have provided great care to my pet. I will continue to come back!
  
  For some constructive feedback, I think organization of their charts can be improved. I received 2 different cost quotes for a surgery (the final price was within both quotes though so no harm done!!). Lastly, I asked if my pet received a vaccine that wasn’t on the receipt and they said they forgot to charge me for it and then asked me to pay for it. Not a huge deal since it was 3% of my bill, but could definitely be improved by putting some additional checks in place.

  The only reason i gave a 4 instead of 5 is at this time owners cant go in, they talk to you over the phone and the Dr. Meets you at the car after the visit. It seems everything was rather quick like the exam and results of tests. They seem to have the process down and it works. They explained well and took care of my little Dexter. Staff is nice and efficient. Kudos to them.

  As a new client, I was very impressed with my experience with Cuyahoga Falls Veterinary Clinic! All the information you could possibly need to prepare for your first visit is on the website. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was helped right away. The staff members were very polite and and answered all my questions. The vet came out and gave me a very thorough and easy to understand run down of my cat's health at his check-up. They got him up-to-date on his vaccines and provided clear documentation for my files. The experience was easy and I left feeling satisfied with the services provided!

  I'm so happy my pup chose this location. Carter was so happy after his first visit with Dr. Springer and his second visit with Dr. Gates. This is why I said he chose them. The staff if friendly and extremely helpful, even in cases of last minute appointments. The entire staff is amazing. They're very informative and knowledgeable.
  
  I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
