This company, but especially the owner is an incredible human being. He corrected something that to us was serious and possibly expensive, but to him it was just a quite literal 2 minute fix, he charged us nothing. Ever since that beyond wonderful first encounter, they have been our mechanic for years and years. I should have left this review several years ago, but as we turn back to KB again for issues with our car, this served as a good reminder.

I came in with concerns about my 2014 Audi Q5, and thanks to Jeannette’s thoughtful and compassionate approach, I left with a clear understanding of what was going on — all without being charged a dime.

Jeannette took the time to ask the right questions, genuinely listened to my situation, and made sure the mechanic had all the context needed to properly investigate my cylinder 2 misfire code. They quickly diagnosed it as an internal issue, saving me from potentially spending more time and money chasing the wrong problem.

The ignition went out in my 05 Honda civic. These guys saved me hundreds of dollars and were quick, clear, and reliable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will be doing business with them again!

I love these guys! I have taken 9 of my past cars to them..seriously. I have been here for 3 yrs now! We get on each others nerves sometimes but these are honestly good people. They do their best here and you get a real human experience with a owner who does his best for his customers as well as his workers. And as far as going the extra miles concerned, don't even get me started..that's a norm.

My engine started going bad on me around thanksgiving, and I called about 20 different shops and they were all completely booked until I came across this shop. They were very friendly & they got me in & got the job done in less than 5 hours. I was very happy with my experience & they even gave us a ride home (we live somewhat close) while our car was being fixed. but they were very very professional & I will definitely be back. As a female who has been played by shady auto repair shops I really respect this business for doing an honest job. My car has been running great ever since.
