Two weeks ago I had bought a few packs of the blueberry muffins which turned out to be stale and moldy, I wrote a review expressing my experience and as soon as I posted it, I received an email from the company within 30 minutes of my post explaining that the muffins are baked fresh and then frozen to retain the freshness. Turns out the supermarket had them on their shelf for too long and I just happened to buy them just before they got bad. The company actually reimbursed me for the loss and I must say that their customer service is great, I'm impressed, good job.
