Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros Cuyahoga Falls

After a day of calling for quotes for brakes and rotors, I got to Van’s and was given an honest quote. They actually took the time to figure out the estimated quote as well. My cars brakes and rotors were done day of. Friendly and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for any auto repair service! I will be coming back as a loyal customer. Thank you guys!!

Will who works the front desk never fails to help me out to the fullest. Very informative and communicative making a car problem a much less stressful situation. Always ensures I am good with the work being done before they perform it which I really appreciate. James the mechanic at this branch does an outstanding job each and every time I have been in also. Van’s was amazing. Very personable and understanding. The service was great and quick! They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle when they could and also let me know ahead of time what issues they found before just going ahead and replacing or fixing the issues without my knowledge! This was our first visit to Van's. We just moved up here from Cincinnati and needed to find somewhere to get an oil change for my car. We received a coupon in the mail for Van's and decided to give them a try. We were quickly greeted upon entering and promptly waited on. The tech was courteous and set us up for our oil change. We were completely satisfied with the service we received. The only reason we didn't leave a 5-star rating is because it's too early in our dealings with Van's to fully appreciate their business.

Clint and his team did an excellent job putting tires on my new 2022 Mustang Mach-e GT Performance edition. I was nervous about using someone other than the dealership because this is a new electric car (and I have had issues with tire installers scratching my rims during the installation) but Clint and his team had no issues with the Mach-e and did the install perfectly with no damage, or issues of any kind. Their pricing was less than the dealership and did it while I waited which only took about 45 minutes. I checked the tire pressure after leaving and they had it dead on, I can't tell you how many times I have taken my vehicles in for service and notice the tire pressure is wrong. Great job, and I will be back.
