8/22/2020 - Update - Allan ended up continuing to negotiate for us for the next 4 months until our purchase was finally complete. He was always right on top of things anytime I called with new challenge in our purchase process...and there were a lot of new challenges. He gave us the best advice even at times when we were ready to quit. I can't thank him enough for all he did for us!
