My issue was given attention within an hour of my call. The part that was required to resolve the problem was replaced in 2 days at a time that was previously specified. The workers were courteous, professional and effective in resolving the problem.

Kari & Anne at the leasing center are amazing. They go above and beyond and are super responsive. The redwoods and community are so nice. The place was extra clean with mew carpet. We love it and are excited about our new place! Very pet friendly too :)

The Redwood Hudson team has been outstanding. When we first moved in a month ago, we submitted a list of a few items needing attention. The staff came within a few days and made all the necessary repairs. A week ago, we thought we smelled natural gas in one of our corner cupboards. The maintenance team responded quickly to determine the cause. The small leak was fixed within a week. My wife and I thank you for being so helpful, professional and responsive. Now we need to go to work on the geese.
