84 Lumber

I was an employee at 84 Lumber for 8 months. Today I was let go. I originally wanted to give a 1 star. Then after thinking for a while 3 stars. And now I've decided to give it a 5 star for a strong list of reasons. I will give a brief amount of thoughts. I did not like many, many things there. And if I had an angry mindset i would be able to write for hours personal reasons i would not recommend working here... But... At the end of the day it would be hard to deny that a great group of people work there. Everyday Americans just trying to live the American dream. People with families, and holding everlasting love. If you read any reviews regarding negative interactions. I promise you they were in the wrong. This was the first job i ever had where i truly felt I was more important than profit. I am not speaking for the company. I am speaking for the store when I say that, although we left on a bad note. The manager there Mike is a great person, and does everything in his power to make that store reach its highest potential. Most of the staff does the same. This is a great place to get material from if you are just an everyday joe trying his best.

Good place to deliver .delivered a load of I- joist.call number on fence to check in .if in need of building supplies,they had it all .friendly staff .plenty of folks to help you

Got some great deals on lumber here for a project I'm working with a relative. I found the prices here very reasonable and the help was great. They were friendly and very knowledgeable, especially compared to some of those other big box warehouse stores.
I would recommend checking them out!

84 Lumber got us an excellent price on Poplar boards. I worked with Cliff and the guy was tremendous. He followed up immediately and his answer were succinct and confident. He was very helpful in providing a speedy transaction. He worked with us on delivery and even followed up to let me know that I would be receiving my confirmation email a bit later due to technical issues. Would definitely work with this guy again. Highly recommended.
