This is a great Gym and Learning Facility!! Very professional coaches and staff. Spectacular cleaning in and out. A great environment to train for adults and kids! I’ve been here for over a year and I’m very satisfied.

If you need fitness, wrestling, boxing, jujitsu, mma, anything go see Dave "the anvil"! This guy knows it all. Known this guy since we were kids, lifetime fighter. Trains champs on all levels. Cleanest gym out there. All around great place.

I trained here for 2+ years up until I had my surgery and there really is no better place to train for mma, boxing or just getting in shape. With excellent coaches that care about your well being and actually care about you improving its no surprise at how much impact they are having in the local mma, boxing and bjj seen. They just keep winning and I don't think there going to stop any time soon. Hopefully I'll be able to start coming back again soon get in shape and start fighting.

Awesome gym. I have the whole family involved. My kids take boxing and jujitsu lessons. I take private boxing lessons and I've never felt better. What a great workout. There's something for everyone cardio boxing,self defense, strength confining you name it you can get it here. Dave Graf is and excellent trainer and coach. Great family fun.
