I had a problem with my brake rotors that I purchased a little less than two years ago. When I went to pick up my online purchase, I mentioned that I had to replace all of my rotors because I wasn't sure which one was causing the problem. They said no problem, just being the old rotors and the receipt and they would take care of me... That was such a huge relief... And they stood by their word. That's the kind of service you hope for.
