(August 17, 2020, 6:09 pm)I'm really surprised there are only 3 stars for this location. As a whole, Regions has been amazing. I opened my account in 1994 while I was away at college in Alabama. I have never encountered an impolite person on the phone with customer service or in any of the branches. They have always been helpful and friendly. I was just at this location and both employees were super kind.
(August 23, 2019, 8:40 am)I’ve been going to this branch since it was on Luther Lane and now on Northwest Highway. I gotta say I really enjoy going to them. Particularly Ms. Kimberly Davis, she’s always been helpful and most importantly very professional with assisting with my banking needs. Region Bank with staffs like Kimberly there, they’ll have my business for life. I’ve sent a few friends and families to bank there and even they all love it as well. I highly recommend this bank and Kimberly will take good care of you.
