I recommend the A1 U Store It in Shrewsbury. Great customer Service by the Property Manager, Chris. Very competitive pricing & nice units. Chris set us up with a unit , and answered all of our questions. He was extremely helpful , very knowledgeable and friendly .

Valerie helped me decide on a storage unit made the process smooth! She was helpful, thorough, and her customer service was exemplary. Moving and using storage units is stressful, and Valerie genuinely brightened my day! The facilities are average for outdoor storage units there were no putrid smells and they have traps already in the units. Overall a decent experience!

I had to rent a unit for one month at A1 and let me tell you, the employees made this process for me as easy as you could imagine. Especially Elaine, she made sure I had everything I needed and was so kind and great to work with while I had my things in storage. She was there to help me as best as she could and did an amazing job. She also swept out my unit and made sure I didn't leave anything behind after I moved my things out. I highly recommend, thank you Elaine!
