Our first visit with Dr. Roach was beyond what we expected. Dr. Roach and her staff were incredible. Very understanding of our concerns, knowledgeable and compassionate. Every step of the examination was explained patiently and with genuine concern for what was best for our dog. We can't thank Dr. Roach and staff enough for their concern and approach to our situation.

We’ve been taking our pets to Northfield Vet since 2005. Always had great care each time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Roach and the staff always have our pets best interest at the forefront. They are thorough and are always willing to answer my questions and provide resources and options.

I starting coming here back in august when my dog needed a mass removal. I was extremely nervous, as this was our first time having anything major with our dog. But Dr roach and everyone else was nothing short of amazing. They answered any questions, always checked up on her and always do the absolute most for us. I’m so thankful I found them, as I continue to go back they continue to show me how much they care. Northfield Veterinary Hospital is an amazing team and I would absolutely suggest them to any friends and family with out hesitation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Roach took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. Jen and Dr. Roach were both so great with my dog and made him and me feel at ease during our first ever visit.

Dr Roach and her team are amazing. The care and help they gave us with our older dog is second to none. I would suggest then to anyone with a pet that is loved.
