Visiting the dentist has always been a nerve-wracking experience for me due to my anxiety, but finding Dr. Michael Thomas at Dr. Katherine I. Raymond, D.D.S. & Associates has truly been a game-changer. His gentle approach and soothing words make each procedure feel less daunting. For instance, when adjusting my bite, he was incredibly delicate, ensuring I was comfortable throughout.
Recently, I required some extensive dental work, including the treatment of two cavities and the replacement of a crown where decay had set in underneath. Dr. Michael's expertise shone through during these procedures. I was sedated for about 2 and a half hours, and I woke up to everything being perfectly fixed—even a cosmetic bonding that had previously been a challenge was flawlessly executed. His ability to perfect my bite without any issues while I was sedated (Yep, totally ‘out’) is nothing short of impressive.
I am immensely grateful to Dr. Michael for his exceptional bedside manner and technical proficiency. A huge thank you as well to the entire team at Dr. Katherine I. Raymond dental group has been phenomenal! I was in need of major dental work and Dr Mike was quick to to work on it and has started to restore my smile in less than 2 months. The staff as well as Dr Michael are very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this place especially if you are terrified of the dentist.
Dr. Kate and Dr. Nate are amazing as well as all of the medical staff and the front desk people. Honestly the car is amazing, the customer service is amazing. They are very upfront about pricing. Neither of the doctors judge you if you have bad teeth. Of course they want to make you healthy but they've never been condescending or rude. Yes you have to pay out-of-pocket for sedation but if you can afford it, it's leaps and bounds amazing. Love their salt water fish tank!
