Carmen earned my trust with a methodical explanation of all the things that were wrong on this car, and showed me. I'm pretty mechanically inclined myself, so I knew that he was telling the truth about all the things he pointed out - that this car was a complete disaster.
The following week, I sent my son there for a relatively minor brake repair and Carmen charged a very fair price.

Also, Carmen will perform a pre-purchase mechanical check on a car that you are considering buying for a very reasonable $35. Never EVER buy a used car without having it checked out by a mechanic that you trust!

As others have said - Dean and his staff are friendly, down-to-earth and do quality work in quick fashion. They do only what is necessary and there has NEVER been any kind of pressure or sales games to have work done that isn't necessary. Very honest people who will continue to get my business.
