“Dr. Wachtel is probably the most though dr I ever had with an excellent bedside manner, I’ve been seeing him for over 25 years. He is up to date medically and he’s going to find your medical problems and treat you appropriately. He doesn’t give medicine unless you need it and he monitors you like a hawk, he calls you at home after hours to discuss his findings from tests if abnormal. This is rare in today’s times, he’s the old school doctor whose up to date. As my primary doc he refers to specialists when needed and constantly follows up with them not just referral. This Doctor gives ample time with also when treating you. He’s on the money. Probably the best doctor I ever had.”

“So, my middle age self, sister and our four teenagers had a lesson, last week in July, in Sailboarding with Doug. It was amazing! I forgot how gorgeous the lake is south of Buffalo. We were smiles ear to ear! It is not an easy task to balance on the board trying to catch the wind just so. Doug was great in training us up on dry land on a simulator. We all got in the water and he continued giving pointers and being patient. It was challenging, but we had lots of time and space to really sink our teeth into it. This is something I can enjoy with my kids.”
