Renaissance of Richfield/Bath

I’ve been working with the renaissance of Richfield for a couple years now and would just like to say it truly is an excellent place for our geriatric population. From homemade restaurant quality meals, to hand crafted activities geared toward the residents preferences and excellent care from our care partners. We truly are a team, whenever anyone needs a helping hand, someone is always there to assist, with a smile on their face! I can truly say everyone employed with the renaissance shares the same vision of assisting our members and ensuring they have the most excellent care and experience while they are with us here at the renaissance.

I worked with Jeff and Jill. They are amazing people. When I heard they owned the Renaissance I was so happy for them but most of all happy for the staff and residents. I remember how happy I was to go to work everyday. It felt like family .Gome sweet home. I miss you Jill and Jeff!

I attended one of their Alzheimer’s Family Support Groups. This is a beautiful facility. The support group was well facilitated and it was very helpful. The Executive Director, Kim, gave us a tour of the facility afterwards and I was amazed at all the amenities, the cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the staff. I also heard mention of the amazing chef and the quality of the meals that he prepares. I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

I love being apart of the Renaissance team! I have been employed here for almost a year and I have fallen in love with my members. Beautiful facility with an amazing activities department. The food is great (they’ll always feed the staff). I work with some of the most AMAZING care staff and nurses.

I am proud to be a part of the Renaissance family. It is a great place to work with focus on our members and their well being. Our team is great from nursing to meals to activities, come and take a tour and see for yourself, truly an at home feeling as soon as you enter the front doors.
