Owen arrived out to our building in short notice and even skipped his lunch to service figure out why part of out house had no electricity. He spent a couple of hours to diagnose the problem and even switched out a faulty plug at no charge. He did not charge us until the problem was solved. He is knowledgeable and reputable. I can recommend him for no reservation.
