My father, an old man, slammed the door of his house and stayed outside.
It's not easy for an old man.
I was so worried.
I do have a spare key, but I live far away.
I contacted Smith Premier Locksmith and asked how long they would be able to reach my father's house.
They said they would be there in less than an hour.
And they did.
They broke the lock.
At least my father could go into the house.
At my request, Smith Premier Locksmith went out to buy an new lock and installed it.
They agreed not to receive payment from my father, and to wait for my transfer to their account.
The price was reasonable.

Super friendly and quick reliable service!! This is the first review I've written, but I had to say that this company was extremely helpful when helping us get back into the apartment. Offered consistent communication and did what some of the bigger companies couldn't do and for a fair price. I highly recommend their services. Will definitely be recommending them to others too.
