(April 4, 2022, 4:10 pm)This place is awesome. The girl working today was using the fullest of customer service. My PS4 controller, of four years, started to act funny. Right analog stick is messed up a bit on the vertical. She ran a diagnostic, and confirmed my suspicions about the controller. Upon asking if they made repairs, she said they did not. She did, however, refer me to a nearby location that could have possibly fixed it. I'll be getting a new controller. She was absolutely fantastic.
