He started me off with simply thing that i can easy do. as time went by i found out from my doctor ,my health has improving a little. After a yr. i went from 368 lb to 303 and counting down. YES, i kept it off. i can tie my shoes, see my feet and breath a lot better. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS INSTITUTE? They took there time with me. and is concern as well for my needs. They listened to me. Treated there students with respect. so now i am in 2 of there classes. To continue my health and self defense. I love it .
