I called on a Monday and he was out to look at my roof by Wednesday afternoon. He took a look at our roof and explained our options for how to proceed with a permanent fix while also offering a short term fix while we weigh out our options. Pence Bros put in a deck and porch roof for us. They handled the design, drawings, permits, build, and clean up very well. Pricing was upfront and consistent; the only changes were where we requested change orders. The work crews were very respectful of our property and did very high quality work. The Pence Brothers are like a tornado in reverse!! They came to our house with a huge crew and stripped the existing aluminum, wrapped the house, and finished the job including all clean up the same day. And the house is a two story!! They are very detail oriented. I have used them for my house, my storage barn, and my mother's house. They have also strongly been recommended to many friends and family. They are very professional and courteous. And a trait you don't find much anymore today, they RETURN phone calls in a timely manner. Thanks Pence Brothers for your excellent work! The roofing job was done and clean in less than a day, and the siding job was done and clean in four days. Both teams were courteous, professional, and accommodating.
