The Willows and Western Reserve Manufactured Homes Community

The Willows is one beautiful well kept place. Everyone very friendly and Deb is great explaining lot fees what's included, etc. Everyone keeps there landscaping precise and beautiful. Keep up the great job beautifying The Willows.

Very nice community. Nice relaxing environment

I love living in the Willows. It is a wonderful friendly community where everyone takes pride in their yards and homes. We have a clubhouse where social events such as potluck covered dish dinners, bingo, cookouts, exercise programs, parties and entertainment happen. We have two gazebos where you can sit and just enjoy the outdoors or have a picnic. You can be as active as you want to be with alot of the residents walking the park every day keeping themselves healthy. You also don't have to leave your beloved pets behind as the communities even allow dogs & cats as long as they are on a leash. I have lived in the Willows for 13 years now and have made wonderful life-long friends. If you need anything all you need to do is call the park manager and there is always someone for maintenance, repairs, and whatever help you need. There are all kinds of stores, restuarants, drug stores, gas stations, cleaners, banks, and churches extremely close making daily living so much easier. Everyone looks out for each other. It allows seniors the advantage of having their own home as well as the local police always look out for the senior residents in these communities making sure it is a safe and secure place to live for anyone 55 years old and over. It certainly makes life easier and a happier retirement. I would recommend these communities to anyone who wants a more carefree and happy life. Come take a tour and meet some of the residents you won't regret it.

I must say that the homes here are very beautiful. The landscapes are very inviting, something that I would love to volunteer with. The community streets are very clean and I was pleased to see that the homes are well taken care of. This would be a community that I would like to live in. I would like to ask, are their African American families that live in the community?

My mother lives here and it’s such a nice place. She’s very happy and hopes that the clubhouse will be up and running someday soon. She has many fond memories of playing Bingo and doing holiday activities. I’m so glad she chose this community to live in because she’s very happy here and has made so many good friends.
