The owners and trainers give personal attention if needed. They are helping me get stronger and healthier after an accident. Building confidence and getting fit. A workout at this gym makes everyday better. It truly is a community of great humans helping everyone get a better fit life! -

(March 10, 2021, 9:11 pm)I feel like MFC is the perfect name. The people there are like a community who motivate each other to push ourselves to be better, stronger. The gym is incredibly clean and has limited amount of people for each session. Plus there is a range of sessions that they offer. After many years of personal training and going to big gyms, MFC was actually the place I was able to start seeing my fitness progress and I truly believe it’s because of the people there; their positive mentality and their fitness approach is getting me to where I want to be health wise. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking!
