“Back in 2019, i went to zombie johns with terrible credit (in the 500s) and they got me in a car with no co-signer! Fast forward to 2023, i decided to go back to them. I’ve made all car payments on time and worked on my credit in the meantime. Mike, helped me get into a 2020! Which he honestly worked a miracle considering my circumstances! Everywhere else didn’t want to help or told me i would be paying two separate car payments. I was patient and got great results today! “Edit to my original post: Young’s auction service came into our community to organize and complete an estate sale for one of our neighbors. One of Young’s staff had told our community president that they would let her know the dates of the online sale. Our community has had several estate sales and the neighbors were always very supportive and purchased items. Unfortunately Young's did not notify our president So no one in the neighborhood was aware of the sale when it was active. This was very disappointing and I had posted my dissatisfaction. Update: Bob Young did respond to my email rant and also called me for follow up. He explained Youngs did advertise the sale on websites that were unknown to me. The sale was up for 8 days. He was sorry that the neighbors had not been notified. If he had known the neighbors wanted to participate, he would have made sure the community was made aware of the sale dates. Bob explained that Youngs had to work fast and was under time restraints as the initial company the family had employed was not able to do the auction in a timely manner before the property transferred. Youngs came in and helped the family in a tough situation. The family was pleased and that is what is important. I have have enough stuff as it is🙂”
