I was experiencing severe headaches and nerve issues and was recommended by my jaw specialist to go to the Besso Clinic. I've been seeing Dr. Mike for a little over a year now. Seeing someone who specializes in upper cervical issues has made a huge difference in my healing. It has required patience and Dr. Mike has never let me down. He and the entire staff care deeply and treat you with respect and kindness. I have my quality of life back.

I cannot recommend Dr. Besso and his team more! I have had back problems since high school and therefore have gone to several different doctors and specialists in search or relief. I actually went to Dr. Besso 15 years ago before I moved out of state. When I moved back to NE Ohio I tried other places but ended up back at Dr. Besso’s (even though they are a 45 min drive). This is due to the fact that no other doctor in the area does the specific type of adjustments they provide. They are very gentle, however pack a punch when it comes to results. I highly recommend giving them a call!

The staff at Besso Clinic have been professional in every way. They accommodate work schedules and willingly reschedule when your work schedule changes. When I thought there were no other options for the pain and lack of movement in my neck, I gave them a try. The treatments have surpassed my expectations and I feel “human” again. Dr. Mike, I owe you a ton of gratitude!

This is an amazing place. When I was diagnosed with menieres disease I could not drive and could barely walk straight from the vertigo I had. I had to have someone drive me here for my first few appointments and also needed someone to read the paperwork for me because the vertigo was so bad. My quality of life then was terrible. After about 3 adjustments by Dr Besso I was able to drive again. After a month I was able to go back to work. Now a little over a year of adjustments I have most of my life back. I still have an occasional rough day, but they are no where near what they used to be. I have sent quite a few of people to Dr Besso. All of them have had the same amazing results. Thank you Besso team for giving me my life back. I wish I could give you 10 stars here.

I have been a client of Dr Mike’s at the Besso Clinic for several years. I had issues with my back, neck, hips and feet. Since I have been receiving treatments and adjustments I have seen a huge improvement. Dr Mike provides gentle treatment always knowing the areas that need attention. He always seems to keep up with new techniques in his field to give his clients the best care. He has a very caring personality and a sense of humor that makes me feel comfortable. In my opinion if anyone is having muscle or joint pain they should give Dr Mike a try and they will see that they will get the best care possible. The staff at the Besso Clinic is always friendly and accommodating. They always make me feel like I’m one of their family.
