Hard to connect with on the phone at first,but they returned call. Easy questionaire online. Great young men. They don't waste any time getting to work and stay busy the entire time. The only scratched item I had was small abrasions on the top of my dresser. A thin layer of felt on their hand truck/dolly would alleviate that. My antiques were fine. Nothing broken.
Family First movers did an outstanding job for us AGAIN !!! I used them 6 six years ago to move and then just last month. Theresa in the office was very helpful & friendly. The (2) gentlemen movers were very professional, friendly and very careful with our furniture. They moved us in half the time we thought it would take !!! Awesome moving company all around. I would give them more stars if it were possible.
