TLC Roofing and Restoration

We had a great experience with TLC from start to finish. We were not expecting to need a new roof, and Matt (project manager) and Don (owner) were so patient with us while we wrapped our minds around the work to be done. We ended up doing a new roof as well as siding, gutters, and trim. Everything looks beautiful down to the smallest details. We really appreciated that Matt was with us for the whole project. From the initial estimate all the way to wrapping up the project, he was always in contact and super fast to respond to any questions we had.

This is the second home we have hired TLC to put a new roof on. Their eye for detail is outstanding. The color suggestions for the shingles really improved the curb appeal of both homes. I would recommend Don and his crew to anyone and know I steered them in the right direction.

Mike was absolutely the best helped us the Whole way through process fighting with insurance company making sure that we were satisfied with the job not the 1st time we used them we had a roof put on 2 years ago and now siding of our home. The workers were prompt respectful of our property great team.We are so happy and definitely recommend this company!!

After a hail storm damaged our roof TLC was contacted and reacted promptly. They were very helpful in making sure the insurance reviewed all of the damage. The roof was replaced very quickly and looks amazing. We did have a few concerns and the employees and owner were very helpful and making sure we were comfortable with the job. We appreciated all of their kindness and professionalism during the process.

TLC Restoration was phenomenal from start to finish. I’ll break it down:

Customer service: Don and Matt walked with me through the process from start to finish. They explained everything thoroughly, from financing to type of shingle they would use etc…. The office crew was great and made sure I had the paperwork I needed, from billing to insurance and beyond.

The product: TLC only uses the best stuff and they know how to put it on efficiently. They re-roofed my home and garage in one day. I had three layers to tear off and at least half of the roof needed new decking due to improper ventilation. I couldn’t believe it, but their crew got the whole thing done in 12 hours.

TLC is a great company and I recommend them highly.
