Bought a car recently and the dealer was located close to them, so I requested the car to be brought to Steinel's for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection).
From the very beginning communication was great, Chris was always willing to answer the million questions I had and really took the time to explain me bit by bit the results of the PPI and the severity/impact of each of their findings.
I took the opportunity to have some of their finidings addressed by them since the car was already there and they had the parts in stock, and it was all done timely and transparently.
Would definetely recomend and do business with them again.

I love my 1986 930 Turbo ... problem was ...no one could diagnose and repair it! Dealers were no help ...took lots of money ...with little or no results. It's good to know going forward that there is a great Porsche-centric shop nearby me for anything that ails the Cayman going forward. Highly recommended, they just instill a feeling of expertise, honesty and fairness which is sometimes rare these days and so refreshing to find when you do run across it. Winner.
