Paul Mitchell The School Cleveland

I have gone here several times over the last 10 years and I know to expect to be there forever. I was however shocked at the price I ended up paying because saving some dollars was my reason for going. Sidney did a great job on my hair tho and was extremely professional and it was awesome to see how proud and excited she was at the finished color. I enjoyed seeing how much fun everyone was having in between learning and working on clients I believe the school is doing a great job with their students

I went today and Paige did all over color. I asked that she leave some of my highlights uncolored rather than start the whole process again. The instructor helped guide Paige with what I was requesting and the communication was great. I did not rush the process and made sure to ask questions. Paige and her instructor also made sure that we were all on the same page as me. (Lol! No puns intended) :) My hair has not looked this good in quite some time. Thank you all for listening and not rushing me. That was a great experience. Also, the school seemed to run smoothly and the students seemed to have professional attitudes as well.
