Canterbury: An Inspira Health Group Facility

I decided to revise my previous review due to the great strides this facility has made . One of the things I want to commend them on is the way they handled Covid. It was why I moved my mother here in the first place.Her health concerns are addressed and she sees doctors/ dentist outside of facility when needed. The meals , are a nice variety . If she doesn’t like the choice they make her an alternative. She has help with showers and things much more now . She has made friends with the nursing staff and feels comfortable. Her room is clean and very homey and more like a apartment than a facility. I worked thru issues I had with certain staff members & some of them keenly understood the challenges I was dealing with . I had to become firm with some,now communication is better. As with any facility ,one must keep tabs on their loved one & let staff know when they fall short. I feel much more at ease with all the improvements. Kathleen , Jeff , Miranda , Jasmine & Keeley-especially a shout out for your being there when I was stressing about things !

The facility is very clean. The staffing is very pleasant and helpful

My mother has been a resident of Canterbury for almost 2 years now. She has received excellent care from a committed and professional team of nurses, social workers, aides, activity director, and occupational/physical therapy staff members. Each member of my mother's team tailors their services to meet her individual needs. They are effective and responsive in communicating to the family of residents as well. The social worker, Preya, goes above and beyond to address the emotional and social needs of my mother. I sleep peacefully knowing that my mom is in good hands there.

Once upon a time the thought of being in a skilled nursing facility frightened me. After spending 6 weeks at this epic facility with such caring, loving and phenomenal people, I have nothing to fear. We thank and miss all of you. Patrick & Kathy

This facility is so people friendly, so professional, so equipped with the best of employees and medical equipment for each of the individuals needs. Awesome rehab facility that is litterally immaculate. The genuine interest for patients progress and comfort is their main concern. Absolutely beautiful
