“I'm so glad I was recommended this shop by one of my friends. Todd is a standup guy who does honest work and took good care of my Bronco. I was having several issues with my suspension and a leaking brake hardline. I was in way over my head on fixing them myself. I ended up needing 2 ball joints and U-Joint on the left front, and a new hub, spindle, and U-Joint on the Right Front. Todd has almost too good to be true prices on his parts and labor and has a turnaround time like I've never seen before. You can really tell taking care of the customer is more important to him than pocketing as much money as possible unlike some other shops I've been to. He really hooked me up when it came to the parts cost for the hub and spindle. He had the brake line ready to go same-day for a price way less than I was expecting and everything else ready before even I was even ready to pick it up. Todd's Garage will be where I take my Bronco from here on out -- I strongly recommend his shop to anyone who has a 4x4 OBS Ford.”

“Nice enough folks, direct and efficient. Gave me a hell of a deal, $117, on 2 pretty new tires in decent condition, and a mount/balance. Pulled up, and they had it jacked up and thr wheels off in about 5 minutes. Went through a quick showing of their used tire wares, and from what i could see they had some decent stock, and within 20 minutes, and they where dealing with about 4 other customers, i was back on the road and they seemed well balanced on the highway. If you want direct, efficient, and quick used tire replacement, this place gets my 5stars. Will definitely use their services again 👍”

“I've taken my vehicle to Keith and Carmen so far 3 times. Their service was great. They told me what was wrong each time. One time the part they installed was defective so I had to go back and they replaced it for free. I love the warranty they have on their parts. It's not the mechanics fault if a part they order comes in defective. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Even though there is only 2 guys there, that I've seen, they do the work of a whole garage crew. Even though you don't have to make an appointment to be seen it's better to do so that way you are guaranteed a spot for service. They will try to fit you in the best they can if you don't have an appointment. So far I haven't seen any evidence of the bad reviews they've received. Keep up the good work guys. “First off hands down the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. They are not pushy here at all. I only had to work with two individuals. My salesman Rob Thomas, and the gentleman in the finance office. I told Ron the vehicle I wanted and they gave me a better option. Let me explain. The Jeep I was originally looking at had a 100,000 miles on it. Ron explained if you buy it with it over that mileage the forever warranty does not apply to them but if you purchase a vehicle below a 100,000 miles on it we cover it for life. He stayed within my purchasing budget. Was fair and truthful and not like one of those typical sales people at most dealerships. Also I noticed these employees that work there seemed happy to be their. Ron walked me through the dealership showed me where I would go to get my car serviced explained the warranty in detail answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Found Steve's via great reviews on multiple websites and was able to get the car in and have them check it out. Steve's told me some interesting details about the car that gave me pause and required further conversations with the seller. As a result, I now also have a less than positive opinion about that particular seller. The moral of this story is that Steve's Auto Service didn't know me when I walked in the door but they provided me with great, honest service that potentially saved me a bunch of money.
