“This place was Great. I would definitely recommend to anyone having hearing trouble, aids etc etc. Above and beyond. And tomakealong story short We wouldn't of even been at this place if wasn't for Audrey..Seriously, we accidentally made 3 different appointments at different places a different wasn't for her following up calling we would of been somewhere else, and about after visits she follows up. I don't think they actually know who they have buti would definitely do whatever I could to keep her..she's one of the good ones that are hard to find!! But from start to finish owner and new audiologist was exceptional, helpfully, sympathetic, and above all else understanding !!! I don't know these people, wasn't paid or expecting anything in return for this review, but ,I had to say something about Audrey, witch is the only reason i made review, or relized how exceptional thisplaceis, in General, she deserves a raise or whatever. And other than that , if you want Thebes, go here, if not continue where your going my mom is 80 yrs old and not easy to deal with..Amen to this place ,the Audiologist and especially!!!!!! AUDREY..THANK YOU!!! And by the way !!!it is Reserve Hearing Center now”

“I have been seeing this place for a couple months and have had an over all good experience. Being a college student dealing with a lot I found the online meetings to be convenient for my busy schedule. They did not let me come in for my first meeting due to COVID but I was fine with that, and chose to just see them online ever since. I do find that it is easier to forget about appointments when they are online though. The act of driving my car to the office helps me remember, and I am embarrassed to say that I missed my first appointment with the online meetings. Over all it has been good though.”

“It definitely deserves 5 stars easily for their services. But something needs to be done about the emergency # you can call a thousand times & maybe still not get through. Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see”
