Equally as important is that Kim and Doug are truly nice people. I recommend highly. My only fear is they may be retired by the time I might need a new cover. If she was “rude” to you I PROMISE you deserved it. These reviews are crazy “the employee put me on hold” YEAH and then told her boss how you were behaving and her boss told YOU the real deal. She does NOT allow people to disrespect her staff. That is LITERALLY the definition of being a good business owner. If I could give them more stars I would. Try treating these people with a little bit of respect and see how far it gets you. If I have ever had an issue with an order, they have always fixed it”
